Hmm i think i need to find new face expressions - looking at my pictures, i think i lack sad faces!! Life isn't always sunshine and spring flowers; it's the bad moments that help us appreciate and cherish lovely moments more, right? Hokaaaaay i'm gonna start camwhoring to sad faces next time - a challenge for me! :]
Anw, on a sidenote -or maybe not really-, I've been thinking a little today.
Like, I think, sometimes being in love can be so painful, so hurtful and so harmful. People say, once bitten, twice shy. So why there people still in love? Why do people still fall in love, if all you get at the end of the day is heartbreaks and all the cryin' and end up screwing your life upside down. Why not tape your heart all over with FRAGILE and HANDLE WITH CARE and give it lockdown; prevent it from breaking into any more pieces, protect yourself from what you fear the most.
In love, it's all about taking the risk isn't it?
You take a gamble with this person, will he/she take care of your heart; you trust this person with all your heart not to break that fragile organ into pieces that can never be fixed back again. Even though time may heal all wounds, there are still wounds that time can never heal isn't it?
So, sometimes, looking at couples, I feel so.. in awe. Really.
I think it takes alot of trust, and alot of courage, to give someone your heart and believe in that person, that he/she won't allow your heart, your feelings, to get hurt. And imagine, if your heart has been torn down once, where do you find that trust to trust this other person that the same thing won't happen again?
So i think, people who are in love, treasure your other half and treasure them well. Someone has left a piece of themselves with you, and he/she trusts that you'll treasure it like your own; don't disappoint that someone.
